Admission Procedure

The Holy Quran International Academy

To enhance the education system of The Holy Quran International Academy, the institution has established some necessary and highly important rules and regulations, which should be strictly followed. These rules and regulations are numbered as follows:
  • Admission application forms are available during office hours only.
  • Students must complete the application form and attach their latest photograph
  • During admission, the child’s birth date should be recorded along with any identification card proof provided by the parents.
  • We accept both online and offline modes of payment for admission fees,

Please Note

  • Parents are responsible for bringing the child to the institution on time and picking them up at the designated break time.
  • The child is only entitled to the institution’s approved leave, and any other leave should be requested from the responsible personnel. If deemed appropriate by the institution, leave will be granted; otherwise, it will not be allowed. Additionally, each child must wear the designated dress provided by the academy.
  • Non-attendance of the child will be subject to penalties.
  • Every child will undergo educational examinations, and a report will be prepared. If the child passes and has retained previous lessons, they will be promoted accordingly. The report will also be shared with the parents.
  • No one is allowed to meet during instructional hours, and personal and classroom supervision will be maintained.
  • During non-instructional hours, parents or authorized guardians may pick up the child in case of an emergency.
  • It is essential for every student and responsible individual to act upon the announcements and instructions issued by the academy.
  • No new admissions will be accepted once the maximum number of students has been reached.
  • During prayer times, only staff members and responsible individuals are allowed to offer congregational prayers within the academy premises.
  • Every student must participate in the quarterly, biannual, and annual examinations.
  • Friday will be a holiday for students, while other holiday notifications will be timely announced.
  • Every student must greet the academy when entering and leaving the premises.
  • An annual Quran competition will be organized, where every student will have a Quranic examination, and students securing first, second, and third positions will be rewarded.
  • After the morning prayer, all students will gather for a social supplication.
  • Keeping cleanliness in mind is important within the institution, and the teachers and students of the academy will also be provided with education on hygiene.
  • The specified curriculum for the students must be strictly followed and adhered to.
